Returns & Refund Policy — Thoughtful Threads

At Thoughtful Threads, each item is made to order. Because of this, we keep our return policy clear and fair.

Order Changes or Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled or changed within 12 hours of purchase. After production begins, changes cannot be guaranteed.

Non-Defective Returns

Because items are printed to order, we generally do not accept returns for:

  • Incorrect size selected
  • Change of mind
  • Preference of color, fit, or fabric feel
  • Ordering multiple sizes to try

Please review sizing charts carefully before purchasing.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

We will replace or refund items that arrive:

  • Damaged in transit
  • Printed incorrectly
  • With manufacturing defects
  • With significant print adhesion failure

Contact us within 5 days of delivery at info@shopthoughtfulthreads.com and include:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of item
  • Photo of packaging if damaged

If approved, we will issue a replacement or refund.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds:

  • Returned to original payment method
  • Processed within 5–10 business days
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made an error

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once marked delivered by the carrier, Thoughtful Threads is not responsible for theft or loss. Contact the carrier first; we’ll assist when possible.
