At Thoughtful Threads, each item is made to order and shipped with care. Below you’ll find details on processing times, shipping methods, and delivery expectations.

Order Processing Time

All orders are printed and prepared after purchase.

  • Processing time: 2–5 business days
    During sales, holidays, or high-volume periods: up to 7 business days

Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays).

You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order ships, including tracking information.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery after shipment:

  • FREE U.S. Shipping: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location
  • Package weight
  • Selected shipping speed

We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be shown at checkout.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing checkout.

If an order is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Undeliverable address
  • Failure to claim package

Customer is responsible for reshipping costs.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order is shipped, delivery is handled by the carrier.

If your package:

Shows delivered but is missing

  • Check with household members/neighbors
  • Contact the carrier first
  • If still unresolved, email us and we’ll help where possible

Is delayed in transit

  • Shipping delays can occur due to weather, holidays, or carrier issues
  • These delays are outside our control

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 5 days of delivery
  • Include your order number and photos of the item and packaging

We’ll review and arrange a replacement if eligible.
